Video counts assume Kling 3.0 at 720p and 5 seconds, which uses 42 per clip. Lighter models stretch a plan much further, and premium ones use more. Any unused plan allowance expires at the end of its billing month rather than carrying over.
One model needs a bigger balance: a single 8-second Veo 3.1 Quality video at 1080p costs 538, more than Starter's monthly 500. To use Veo 3.1 Quality, choose Pro or Max, or buy the 1,200-credit pack.

Plans and packs don't add a daily allowance on top of what you buy. Instead, they unlock higher resolutions, clean downloads, commercial use and three jobs at once.
Changed your mind? Within 7 days of any charge, you can get a full refund as long as nothing from that charge has been spent. Refunding a subscription payment ends that billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Our refund policy spells out every condition and the steps to request one.
The lightest setting costs 6, using Seedance 1.0 Pro Fast, our most affordable model, at 480p for a short clip, while premium models at high resolution need several hundred: an 8-second Veo 3.1 Quality video at 1080p takes 538. Kling 3.0 at 720p for 5 seconds, a common middle choice, takes 42. The number for your exact settings appears on the generate button before anything is deducted.
No. Credits are set aside when a generation starts, and if it fails they return to your balance automatically, with no ticket or request needed. The one exception is credits that expire while the video is in progress, such as a daily allowance that resets in the meantime. Checking the price of different settings before you press generate costs nothing, so compare a lighter model or a lower resolution first.
A plan's allowance doesn't. It arrives each billing month, on yearly billing too, and expire when that month ends. Pack balances last 12 months from purchase, whatever happens to a subscription. The 5 daily free ones refresh every 24 hours and never accumulate, and the 30 you get at sign-up are a one-time gift that lapses 30 days after registration.
A plan renews every month or every year and gives you the most per dollar. A pack is a one-time purchase that costs a little more for the same amount but lasts 12 months with nothing to cancel. Both unlock the same paid benefits; with a pack, they apply only while your pack balance is above zero.
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and no further charges are made. The period you already paid for isn't refunded, with one exception: a payment made within the past week whose allowance is still untouched can be refunded in full, which ends the plan right away.
Yes. Commercial rights are fixed at the moment a video is generated. Anything you make while a plan is active, or while a credit pack still holds a balance, keeps its commercial license for good, even after you cancel or the pack runs out. Videos created on a free account are not cleared for commercial use, before or after a paid period.
Each model has its own running cost, and what you pay per clip follows it. Veo 3.1 Fast makes an 8-second 1080p video for 129, while Hailuo 2.3 makes a 6-second 768p clip for 37. Longer clips and higher resolutions raise the price on any model, so pick the lightest one that fits the job.
